Cancellation Policy

All event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

For private sessions and containers, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

Multi-session containers follow the agreement outlined at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Due to the intentional and limited-capacity nature of our offerings, refunds are not provided for missed events or sessions.

In certain circumstances, credit may be issued at the discretion of Immrama Collective LLC.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to preserve the integrity of the container.

Late arrival may result in reduced session time or inability to enter once a gathering has begun. This ensures safety, flow, and respect for all participants.

Media & Photography Info

Immrama Collective may occasionally capture photos or short video clips during gatherings for promotional use.

Participants will always have the option to decline being photographed or recorded.
